Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Rovand LTD. By placing an order through our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated below.

Rovand LTD reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets the return eligibility requirements.

If a customer claims that a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must provide sufficient evidence before any refund or replacement is considered.
Required evidence may include:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Videos showing the condition of the package upon opening
- Shipping label documentation
- Any additional supporting evidence requested by Rovand LTD
Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in the rejection of the return or refund request.
Rovand LTD reserves the right to independently evaluate all submitted evidence before approving any claim.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Rovand LTD is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during return transit.
