This Shipping & Pre-Order Policy applies to all purchases made from Rovand LTD. By placing an order through our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated below.


1. Pre-Order Products / Ön Sipariş Ürünleri

Some products sold on our store are offered as “Pre-Order” items. This means the product is not immediately available for shipment at the time of purchase and may require additional production, preparation, or supply time before dispatch.

By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer explicitly understands and accepts that:

  • Estimated shipping or delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, customs, supplier issues, force majeure events, or circumstances outside the control of Rovand LTD.
  • The customer agrees that reasonable shipping delays for pre-order products do not constitute grounds for chargebacks, disputes, claims, or compensation demands.

Estimated shipping times displayed on the website, product pages, emails, or advertisements are provided for informational purposes only.

Rovand LTD does not guarantee exact shipment or delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Unexpected logistical disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Rovand LTD is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to customer absence
  • Packages refused by the customer
  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local governmental charges

If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages / Kayıp, Çalınan veya Geciken Paketler
